Team & Permissions
Bring your maintenance crew, property managers, or tenants into the same workspace.
Inviting teammates
Go to Team in the sidebar and click "Invite Member". Enter an email address and pick which buildings they should see. We send an invite link by email — once they sign up and accept, they land in your workspace with their assigned buildings.
Pending invites stay on the Team page until accepted. You can revoke an invite at any time before it's accepted.
Building-level access control
Members aren't workspace-wide by default. When you invite someone, you choose which buildings they can see. That means manuals, spaces, and alerts are filtered to just those buildings for that member. Owners (workspace creators) always see everything.
You can update a member's building access at any time from the Team page.
Removing a member
From the Team page, open the member's menu and choose "Remove". They lose access immediately. Their question history stays in the workspace but their account remains intact — they can still log in to their own personal workspaces.
Team size limits
The free plan includes 1 member (just you). Paid plans raise the cap. See Plans & Billing.
