What's included on each plan and how to upgrade.
Free plan
The free plan is forever-free with no credit card required. Limits per workspace:
- 5 manuals total
- 1 building
- 5 spaces per building
- 1 manual per space
- 1 team member
- 10 AI questions per day
Email alerts for warranties/maintenance are not included on the free plan.
Pro plan
Pro raises every cap and turns on email alerts. Limits per workspace:
- 50 manuals total
- 10 buildings
- 25 spaces per building
- 10 manuals per space
- 5 team members
- Unlimited AI questions
- Email alerts for warranties and maintenance
Upgrading
Open Settings → Billing and click "Upgrade to Pro" to start a Stripe checkout. Your plan changes take effect immediately. You can also cancel from the same page; you keep Pro features through the end of your current billing period.
What happens when you hit a limit
Any action that would push you over a limit (uploading a manual past your cap, creating an extra building, asking the 11th AI question of the day) is blocked with a toast that says "Upgrade your plan". The button that triggered it links straight to the billing page so you can upgrade in two clicks.
